  • 1 small onion diced

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 12–14 minutes until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in milk and shredded cheese until smooth and creamy.
  7. Top with pickles and parsley before serving.
