Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.
  2. Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and chicken broth. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
  4. Toast burger buns if desired.
