Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 leaves romaine or green leaf lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (optional for toasting)
  • 2 green onions chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Warm the shredded chicken until heated through.
  2. In a bowl mix the warm chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  3. Optional: Brush inside of buns with melted butter and toast in a skillet until golden.
  4. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  5. Top with a scoop of buffalo chicken mixture.
  6. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
  7. Add top bun and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while warm.
