  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 12 ounces rotini or penne pasta
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt cream cheese in a skillet. Stir in ranch, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, chicken, half the cheddar, and buffalo sauce mixture.
  5. Transfer to baking dish. Top with mozzarella and remaining cheddar.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest before serving.
