Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl whisk together flour baking powder salt and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl mix eggs milk oil and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  5. Fold in blueberries gently.
  6. In a small bowl mix streusel ingredients until crumbly.
  7. Scoop batter into muffin cups and top with streusel.
  8. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool slightly before serving.
