- 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out biscuit dough into a large circle and bake 8–10 minutes.
- Cook sausage in skillet until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add flour to skillet, cook 1 minute. Whisk in milk gradually to make gravy. Season with salt and pepper.
- In another skillet, scramble eggs with butter until just set.
- Spread gravy over partially baked crust.
- Top with sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
