Description

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl and mix with butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
