  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Layer sauce, ravioli, mozzarella, and Parmesan in baking dish.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes more.
  8. Let rest, garnish with parsley, and serve.
